Extremely LONG wait times my appointment was at 2:50pm and I did not see an actual doctor until 3:51.nAt 4:12pm a nurse came to tell the doctor he had a phone call which he immediately got up to leave, I had to quickly ask him questions and concerns that I was experiencing since he was standing at the door to leave for his phone call.nI do understand that sometimes emergencies happen but with me waiting an hour to see a doctor, no apologies given for the long wait and then to leave before asking if I had questions was very disappointing, I felt rushed.nPatient care dosen't seem to be Kaiser Permanente first priority.

What can y’all actually do as a medical facility at this location ????nLiterally avoid PANOLA at all cost... it’s like going to a fast food restaurant they want you in and out and lack empathy. I truly feel by observation this location is more about just meeting the schedule (which I heard from my own ears)nSeems like the nurses here try to dismiss any kind of care to patients. And there immediate answer is “no, you have to schedule that in _____department” or “we don’t do that”nIt’s ghetto you can hear everyone’s information and they totally ignore anything you say or make excusesnMy doctor VALENS N PLUMMER MD -internal med had over talked me multiple times, was very passive, impatient, and he treated me like a “number” ... whose nextnHis favorite line was “one thing at a time” but none of my issues were addressed $160 copay in ...hmmnAnyways I’m very observant and I could tell it the culture on this kaiser because even the nurses portrayed the same behavior

Just a few moments ago, I had a encounter with a Kaiser representative at the entrance. My children are with me to pick up some needed medication. Before I could step my foot through the door, I was told my children could not come in, but was directed to leave them in the car or to make arrangements with someone due to COVID-19. Well, I’m a bit annoyed because I was just here a few weeks ago with no problem. They go on to say well we should have been started this new policy. Whenever such changes occur, the members of Kaiser would need an email blast or phone call to make prior accommodations for those of us that travel afar. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I got to my radiology appointment 15mins early. My appt was at 3:30pm. I was not call in back until 4pm. The assistant had a not so pleasant energy. She told me to get undressed from the waist up and left me sitting in there for 15 mins. Once I was inside she could tell I was nervous and was very detailed on what was gping to happen. Thanks mrs Sophia you were great. This was a great first experience and due to covid I realize tgey might be a little tired and over worked. It didn't hurt after all the horror stories I have heard about getting a mammogram.
