Edible Arrangements

One star is honestly too many. I’ve had a lot of terrible shopping experiences, but the time I had yesterday at this poorly run, mismanaged location was by far the worst in my 30 plus years. I placed an order three weeks ago for chocolate covered strawberries to be picked up at 1:30 on Valentine’s Day. There was a line of people outside who had earlier orders who some how still hadn’t been serviced. They passed around a paper for us to “sign in” as some sort of haphazard order. Then, a lady walked in, and received her order in 5 minutes after the rest of us had been assured that this wouldn’t happen because, remember, we had “signed in”. As you would imagine, this caused a bit of a stir in the line. I don’t blame the employees, they were doing the best they could and they were extremely professional and level headed considering the line of angry, impatient customers outside. I blame whoever thought it was a good idea to schedule 3 children to work on what I would imagine is your busiest day of the year. Finally, my order was wrong. I didn’t check my order before I left, clearly my fault for putting any amount of faith in this organization after what I had already dealt with, but I didn’t want to mess up the pretty packaging. You pay the extra markup at a place like this for the pretty packaging and it felt like a waste if I ripped it open myself just to check if my order was correct. I called customer service because the store was closed and somehow that was an even worst experience then what I had in person at this store. I’ll never be back.

My son-in-law ordered a 69.99 chocolate covered strawberry arrangementnfor my daughter 3 weeks before Valentine's Day before being deployed and we waited home the entire day and I tried calling the shop 3x and nobody ever would answer the phone so I could find out about the delivery nor were we even contacted that there was a problem. NEVER DELIVERED!!!! My daughter was totally heartbroken on what was supposed to be a special day. Hard enough when your loved one is overseas fighting for your country and you people cant even get things right! A total disappointment and someone had better make things right.

I placed an order on 1/22/2021. When I picked the order up. It wasn't in the yellow mug like the website showed. It was in a red vase. I asked about the mug and why it was in a vase. The gentleman explained on the website it states it could be substituted. I explained to him I purchased this for my daughter's 35th Birthday. She always wanted one of their mugs. He was so kind to go and get me a yellow mug for her. Thank you Sir for going above and beyond to make my purchase complete. My Daughter was so Happy and Grateful for her arrangement. Her only complaint was the pineapple was sour. Other than that so far she enjoys the fruit. We will be back. Thanks again

Wow! It sounds like this company location is simply taking customers money. I've never seen so many 1 star ratings for a company in his line of business. I guess I will keep searching so as not to have a shared experience ... smh

Horrible just horrible!!!! Are you all hiring! Because the job is not being done right!!!! I place an order about 10am this morning, tried to call the store... is anybody working today??? Here it is after 5pm still nothing!!! Where is my order what is going on??? There is no communication or status of when the food is arriving? Bad customer service. Let me work there so you all can receive 5 stars from customers!!!!!!
