After waiting hours for Sommerer Electric technician to come see about a DR Horton warranty issue at our house, I called to talk with him and he told me he rung the house doorbell and thought no one was home and called me and left a message. When I called him back, after looking at our home security video, and told him the video does not show him ringing the doorbell, he adamantly kept telling me he rung our house doorbell. I offered to show electric technician the video, but he refused to look at it. We requested another electric technician, but was told it would take another two weeks and the current technician was on the way to our home. The video of electric technician shows him not ringing our house doorbell, but instead, he placed notice on doorknob, he stands with telephone in hand, and he walks away.

Horrible customer service and a rude receptionist named Ariel. They rarely answer the telephone or return calls. Missed appointments as a result of ringing the door bell once and leaving! I would not recommend this company to anyone! The only reason for the star is because this site will not allow me to post the review without at least a star!
