Love this location! The young lady ended up saving me just over $100 by letting me know about the points that I had accumulated and my total was less than $50 for all of these lovely kids. Lids is my spot!

I called to get some information on prices and the lady who answered the phone just answered “Lids!” No name, no how are you doing, nothing! She was exceptionally rude, short & rushing to get me off the phone. I said “thank you” for the information she gave and she abruptly hung up the phone. I won’t shop here based off that experience alone.
