Received my order in time. Young ladies were very customer oriented and must I add very conservative. Don't remember young African light skinned young lady name who was at register but she wore a scarf on head. Other African American young lady with pink hair was also very customer service oriented.
Great place for the young. Christmas shopping was a breeze for my granddaughter...One-stop-shop & I was out of there!
I will never be a customer of this location ( stonecrest mall) the manger was rude to every customer. She was unaware of the products on the floor and when asked further questioning she started talk to another customer. As a manger I would expect better customer service but she MUST NEED more training.nnDo not shop here if you want good customer service
horrible store experience, store manger is rude and no customer service experience. purchase many items for xmas 2020 and the asst store manager Tay left the alarm tag on and the store manager Sherry will not remove the tag although it was their mistake. horrible customer experience and bad store experience, lost a valued customer. think twice before you buy here.
