Delilah assisted me today and she was awesome! It’s not all the time that you get such great treatment in retail. Felt very welcomed and valued from the beginning. Thanks again Delilah! Shared my sentiments with the manager who was there as well. She was also nice and attentive. & in addition to all this, I left with some great deals! I’m a happy camper :)
Rue 21 is THE store i love their fall/winter collection especially the men's sweaters and sweats. They always have a good sale going.....
Customer service wasn't friendly or helpful and once I was ready to purchase my items both sales associates were on the phone didn't even acknowledge me for a whole minute and once they did didn't even say hi he just rung up my items
A place to fund great gifts for friends.
I really enjoy shopping here and I love when they have their clearances. My only concern is lately they have been show casing the same clothes and haven't came out with to many new styles. I'm looking forward for winter to see if they come out with some new clothing styles.
