Store not even business workers just walking around, no assistance.
I am very disappointed in this location... I called and asked about a certain shoe over the phone and the young lady told me they did i asked her if she could hold it im an the way... I gave her the name and she stated that they would... When my son drove 20 min to the store and get there they tell him they don't have it.... VERY DISAPPOINTED. SO I CALLED.... And tbey told me then that theh don't hold items and after she rechecked... She ended up having a sz. 5...nnValued customer
I wish that I could grade them with NO STARS. I walked into the store with 2 employees standing at the counter talking to each other. No one greeted me, but the customers that walked into the store after me they greeted. I then found some shoes for my son that I wanted to purchase. But the employees continued to walk all around me like I wasnt there. There was a female employee that was even standing in front of me that never said one word to me. After standing there for 10 mins. I walked to the front counter, where the female employee then came. I asked her for a Manager and she replied that she was the manager. Well great because now I see why the store has NO CUSTOMER SERIVCE!!! She still never asked me what shoes I wanted or to apologize about the lack of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE that I was receiving. I walked out of the store and I WILL NOT SPEND NOT ONE DIME IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER #POORCUSTOMERSERVICEn#NEEDNEWMANAGEMENTn#WILLNOTGETMY BUSINESSEVER

I went to this store a few days ago. Irene was not very welcoming at all. She attempted to talk down to as a customer to the point I decided to take my business elsewhere.
