They are contracted with Dekalb police so they were not my choice. They picked up my car from the accident scene that had only a front passenger side damage. They hit the back of my car creating additional damage I reached out to them and they had attitude and did not contact me after they told me they gonna check their camera. These people are unprofessional and should not be handling people's property.

Horrible service they damaged my car and never got back to me about it. They jamed my rear bumper into another car crack my taillights scrapped the side my car taking other cars by on the forklift. They need to shut down I will be taking them to court.nTHEY DON'T DESERVE THE ONE STAR I HAD TO GIVE TO MAKE THIS POST.

These people so rude , horrible customer service. And just don’t act like they don’t want to be there . If you working a miserable job then quit ! Don’t give off attitude cause I’m trying to figure out my situation.

On 11/18/20 I was a passenger in a vehicle in a parked vehicle actually making a delivery in the complex. The operator of truck 304 was coming toward us a quite fast swerved and almost hit us. Then opens his door and proceeds to curse at us and threaten us very rude and abusive. We called the company to make a complaint but no action was taken. We were in fear. And the incident wasn’t instigated. What if he had hurt us or worse?

They towed or daughters car after an accident and then tried to force us to come in to their office to release it. The insurance company had to help us with the release. I would recommend staying away from them. If you have an accident, tell the police you will have the insurance company tow it.
