Wanted to get my company a new look with our new logo, we looked around asked a couple of different embroidery for prices, Dream World had the best prices, and the quality was amazing. They were able to get 50 hats and 50 t-shirts done for me in just one week, I was very impressed with the high quality, fast friendly service, and low prices. Definitely coming back for my next big order.
They replaced carpet in my boat. The new carpet is great-but the install isn't great and it needs to be adjusted. Not a big deal - but I was told they are too busy to get to me. Seems consistent with other reviews. I will take my repairs elsewhere next time.
This install is bad enough that the carpet is damaged if I don't get it fixed. Kinda important. Yet they were too busy to help.
Amazing company to work with, I had a couple of hats and shirts done here and they look amazing I am really excited to get my soccer team shirts done here!! Highly recommended!!!!
Dream World is a great professional operation geared for commercial clients. They have full CAD capabilities and great cutting and sewing services.
Be warned, they do not back there product if they are custom made. We have a split king sheet, so I've ordered regular replacements from them since 2006. However, the recent set begin to 'knot up' within 10 weeks. When one pays over $200 for a 600 percale sheet set, I expect it to last 2-3 years, not months. When I contact them to replace their defective product, they said they will not replace them. Frankly, after spending so much through the years with them, I was shocked. They changed their system recently and did not have record of previous orders. Regardless, the service is lacking. Learn from me, don't throw your money away. Buy a good set and take it to a seamstress to customize them.
