DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! We have used them a few times, they were ok. The last time we decided to give them another try since they were the only one that told us they could complete the work in a timely manner. Their performance has really decreased. Rushed. We took our truck here for a RPM inspection and a couple of other minor repairs. Fix AC(still NOT working) Clutch adjustment (Didn't fix) We was given a time the truck would be completed and they did not honor their time. Let me just tell you that the work was NOT done but we were charged. Our driver got to LA and the drive shaft fell out. Called them to let them know what happened because the mechanic that towed our truck said that the problem should have been spotted during the inspection. They HAD NOTHING TO SAY. They told us they would call us back. We are still waiting on the call and now out of over 4k in repairs. CROOKS!!!!! I would like to give them no stars.
I parked there for over a year kept getting ANTS in my truck and trailer. Went to the owner of Chapman he didn't do anything he could have sprayed or something. They when I decided to move out they kept my deposit.nNever again bunch of crooks!
I went in needing a repair but the guy upfront was extremely rude, he looked like fat mr. clean. He told me that my kind wasn’t welcomed there. Well that’s a great thing to say to a black person isn’t it? Stay away this guys think they’re superior!
I wish I could give this place less than a star! Terrible terrible service! I went in to connect a single tail light and came out with more damages than what I originally went in for. The mechanic has no clue what he’s doing. Who hired him?! On top of that the lady I spoke to in the office was even worse than the mechanic. She has no type of professional traits! I came out with a bill of $170 even after I brought my own parts beforehand with NO JOB BEING DONE and coming out with more repairs that’ll cost me more money to fix. DO NOT EVER GET SERVICE DONE HERE! Trust me you will regret it! I wish I had already read reviews before coming in. They’ll literally rob you in broad daylight! Save your money and take it to people who actually have the right mechanics and staff to get the job done!
The mechanics at the shop (specifically manny and buck) are some of the smartest and best people I had the pleasure to work with. Mrs Rhonda in the office is also one of the most wonderful, smartest, and kindest people I've known and is always trying to help. My negative review is only directed to the tyrannical and abusive owner jamie Chapman and his little minion susan. As grateful as I was to jamie for the time I worked there, he was extremely abusive, cheap, a bully, really unprofessional, and allowed his ego to cost him and his employees money. I wish I didnt have this hatred towards him and susan but if you want your work done right then go to manny or buck but just be warned jamie will somehow try to screw you over just like he did me
