Initially, when we dropped our vehicle off everything was fine. We were immediately taken to the airport, no problems. We were given instructions to call after we picked up our baggage from our return trip and that someone would come to the airport and pick us up and transport us back to our vehicle. This is where the real problem begins. After picking up our baggage we called as instructed, the employee that answered the phone was as rude and IGNORANT as anyone I have ever encountered, she acted like she had no idea what we were talking about, was really unable to articulate a coherent sentence, could care less if we were picked up or not, was SO EASILY confused about simple English & then had the absolute nerve to try and get rude with somebody. Definitely ZERO class or intelligence, If you can find somewhere else to park save yourself the frustration of dealing with people who hate their life and hate their job.
This place is great! I used to go to the airport parking but was never sure if I could get a space when I arrived. Here, I can reserve a space and it will always be there! It's covered too! They pick you up immediately at your vehicle! Everyone is very nice and they make you feel welcome!
We parked here for the first time but will be our forever parking spot. It was easy to reserve online, you get a barcode after the reservation is made. Make sure to have that handy when going through the gate, this gets you in. There is an attendant at the gate if you need help. There were so efficient, by the time I pulled into my spot , the shuttle was behind me, opened my truck, got our suitcases before I got out my car. Wow.nWhen we returned, the shuttle was waiting, took each person to there vehicle. Make sure to have the ticket in hand, you have to give that to the driver before getting in the shuttle, that’s how he knows where to find your vehicle. So efficient. Absolutely loved it.nGot is our car, scanned the barcode, paid with credit card, gone. Soon it will be totally self served.
These Folks are the Best and The Management enforces the highest of standards for their patron. This parking service is the best I’ve experienced in my over 30 years of government, military and travel... I highly recommend Fast Park and Relax to All to meet your travel and parking service needs!
*Also read the PS* I really enjoy using this facility! The team members are friendly, the manager responded via email very quickly to a question I had, and they'll kindly unplug your EV car when you're away after it finishes charging. I feel my car is safe and taken care of while I'm traveling.nnPS: if you are returning to ATL on a domestic flight with checked luggage you'll have to retrieve it at the domestic side then take an airport bus back to the international side, then board the Fast Park van. That takes a lot of time, so only use the parking here if you don't have checked baggage and can exit the airport at the international Terminal F.
