They took care of some gophers for me in the past, and did excellent. When we found out we had carpet beetles in the house, I called them back, and once more, they were fast, friendly, and again, the best prices in the valley.
This time we signed up for a full year of coverage for all household pests, as I was done trying to do it myself with limited success. The tech arrived and wore a mask, was super polite and friendly, and provided upkeep tips as well as info on what to look for so I can track how things are progressing with our current problem.
He also checked for problem areas both in and outside of the house, and made sure I was aware that the coverage we have is understood. We can now call on any pest problem and they will take care of it for the next year. I'm very glad I called Extermiman back and will recommend them to anyone looking for pest control help.
I have used Extermiman for the last couple of years. They are very professional and arrive on time. If you have any issues, they will come back and respray at no charge! In addition, they are very affordable! I would recommend Extermiman to all my friends and family!
We LOVE Extermiman! Our basement had LOTS of spiders and earwigs BEFORE they came --I was killing several everyday. NOW...I see a few once in awhile but they are DEAD. Thanks for keeping the creepy crawlies out of my house and away from my kids. You guys ROCK!
Based on contract deadlines, I needed a very quick termite inspection for a client's purchase of a home. I called and left a message and then, received a call back within a few minutes. They had an inspector out to the property within the hour to do the inspection. They were so helpful and wonderful to work with. HIGH RECOMMEND!
