Farmers Insurance - Norma Mendoza

My experience of getting insurance through Dakota Renz at Norma Mendoza Farmer’s has been nothing but smooth. Being my first time getting insurance on my own was slightly intimidating however after a great presentation of options, all I had to do was sign a few papers and BAM I’m an insured lady! They also found me way more discounts than I ever expected - all in all an outstanding team doing everything possible to make getting insurance easy and affordable!

Dakota took all my info to get me a quote and was able to nearly double my coverage while paying less every month than I was with my previous company! I highly recommend the Farmer's Family at Norma Mendoza's!

Farmers is great but I would suggest that you look to another agent. Unless you like the used car salesperson approach. Norma and her assistant Bella were going to extract a additional fee from me Unless I emailed a request to cancel due to Farmers extending as a courtesy my insurance after it canceled last month. All of this stopped back in May but they would have gotten additional monies from me. Who knows how many other people they did this to. I have other vehicles and my home through a different Farmers agent as of recently and couldn't be happier now that I'm actually receiving some multiple car discounts.nGoodluck if you use this agent every question and complaint i had was met with excuses and talk over the top of you explaining.

They got me the lowest price in the Tri-Cities I thank them for that!
