Because of the rude responses of the receptionist and the late appointment from Brett, we’ve decided to take business elsewhere. Also the ever so increasing rates after NEVER making a claim and always paying on time makes absolute no sense, and never will because of your untrained assistant. Maybe hire someone with a little more professionalism or customer service skills instead of someone who laughs at an upset customer.
