I love, love, love this place. I've been going to Kim for 10+ years now. Always love the quality of her work. I recently moved 2 hours away and I still drive 2 hours just so she can do my nails.

Since the pandemic, LB nails have taken numerous steps to keep their clients safe and their employees.nIf you intend to visit their store please have the following information:n1. Masks ud83dude37 are mandatory for all clients... no ifs buts or maybes...for any service you want, you have to have your mask on... from beginning of service to end.n2. LB nails will check your temperature at the door before signing in, this is to assure both the clients in the shop and the employees that we are all in a safe place.n3. The client will sanitize their hands before signing in.n4. The employees of LB nails are all in face shields and mask (double layer protection) to protect all clients and their employees as they interact with numerous customers on a daily basis.n5. A maximum of 10 humans are allowed in the store at a time, this includes the LBnails employees, so please limit the number of escorts to the shop as there will be no idle waiting area available.nnThe service was provided was professional, quick and hygienic.nnEnjoy your day at the nail spa. ud83dude0a

Won’t ever go back. The tech sliced my finger open with a nail filer after I told them the shape was messed up. I never had my finger cut with a nail filer. EVER. People need to understand the importance of customer service when you have a business. Do yourself a favor and go to a private nail tech!!!

The services are expensive $98 totaln+20tip and the quality of nails isn’t that good. I got powder nails and a pedicure. I was told it would last and 5 days laters maybe a nail came off and the rest lifted. I left a nice tip and all. Not that friendly either. I left a tip and all.nNext time if a next time, they can only do my feet. Going elsewhere for quality nails.

They are amazing. I was in the salon with a lady about a week ago who I see posted a review as well. She was horrible towards the staff because she didn’t want to pay for her services. Their prices are posted in a menu and she proceeded to argue about their prices. I have been in the salon a total of 3 times while that customer was there as well and every-time she has gotten something different done to her nails and gets mad about the price because it isn’t the same as the previous time. She openly threatened the older daughter for pointing out that she does not get the same exact service every single time.
