So much better than the prior horrible government-run option. These people are friendly, helpful, fast, efficient and effective. Everything that the government process, and government employees are NOT ! Our hapless governor needs to leave his ivory tower and come here to observe how the people should be served by him and his kind.

So as I was in the building today I was waiting to be seen. As I’m looking around I look at the door and see a woman walk in without a mask on ( mind you there is a sign on the door stating mask required). Didn’t think much of it due to medical reason and people not able to wear a mask. This lady walks in between the desks and goes into the back coughing. There were some people at the desk doing their business, one of the guys sitting there says “she’s not wearing a mask”. The lady helping them says “she works here”. One of the guys sitting at the desk hears her cough and said now she’s coughing and not wearing a mask and now she’s spreading COVID. Not that it’s any of my business what people do but at the same time if you are requiring everyone to wear a mask as per the governor’s direction shouldn’t a employees also follow the rules. To me this is very unprofessional and should not be tolerated.

Service was very fast and the employee helping us was very friendly. I prefer this building to the ones on Clearwater and Canal.

Awesome people, service always with a smile. They do more than vehicles, I applied for lost title for a mobile home here.

Love coming to this office. The service is always fast and the customer service is top notch!
