Last week I went in for a fill-in and I got the gel polish.nThree days later my gel started to peel. I went in today to have them done again.nThe nail technician told me the reason for the peeling was because I needed my overlay replaced. When I asked why that wasn’t suggested last week when I had them done,he stated “we do what you ask for and it will cost you $47 today.”nI have been patronizing this business for a year because of the convenient location. I have had an issue with the gel polish peeling once prior to this time. That time I was told it was because I did not hold my hand properly under the dryer.nI don’t due nails. I’m not the professional!nWhen I asked the nail technician for the owner/manager, he said he did not know.nI also pointed out the technician who did my nails the last week. He spoke to her in their native language and then he offered to charge me half price.nI told him that I would pay the full $47.nIt’s not about the money. It is about quality service and professionalism! Needless to say I will never go back.

They were very quick and my nails were beautiful. They lost stars because I asked for hombre nails and the tech included additional designs, beautiful ones by the way, but would have never thought I would be paying $95 for a full set of nails! Won’t be doing that again! I expressed several times I only like my nails to be as long as my nail bed. I hate nails longer than that but again they were beautiful and the service was great. But that cherry on top at the end aka surprise we charged you $55 for nails, $20 for designs on 2 fingers, $20 but dropped to $10 for 2 other designs on 2 fingers, $15 for manicure...enough to make me never again.

Honestly. It’s never a bad time I go to get my nails done from you guys. Always friendly and kind. I just left there not to long ago. I love love love my Valentine’s Day set nails. The person in chair 1 is my hero❤ufe0f Keep up the good work guys

Was pleasantly surprised with taking care to keep safe. They invested in their customers. Looked at reviews on line and decided to give it a try and was not disappointed. Christal was excellent. Will be my go to place here.

This place is very popular. They are open on Mondays while others are closed. They have plexiglass up in front and on sides, and they use liners. I have it a 4 because there weren't enough people to service customers, so when I was in the chair, it felt rushed. And also, the prices are a few dollars higher than others.
