Javier has been helping my wife with an unusual insurance policy that no other company would even bother helping with. We must have called over 20 insurance companies and Javier was the only person who took the time to truly help & explain to us what we need. He was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and personable and got back to us so quickly.Thank you Javier!!

I have been with Legacy one insurance for years. Recently my rate went up so I called my agent Jeremy and said I would like to see if I could get a better rate and if I couldn't, I would like to cancel before my renewal. Jeremy NEVER got back to me and I was charged my monthly rate. I had to call my insurance company myself and cancel. I'm still waiting on my refund check 2 weeks later.nI called Legacy one and spoke to the owner Mason's wife and she said she eould get back to me and NEVER did. I am a business owner and am very disappointed with their customer service. Honesty and transparency is key to running a business.
