I absolutely LOVE my freeze dryer. I have used it constantly for the 18 months I have owned it and we love the food SO much more than Mountain House or any other commercially made FD food. I have been very happy with customer support as well. They work hard to get me up and running again after I have had problems. It’s a fun hobby for me and our family very much enjoys storing up (and eating!) delicious food FD while saving freezer space.
I am highly recommending Harvest Right freeze dryer! The tech support team was patient as I was getting set up and was extremely helpful and professional! Today Mitchell helped me and was awesome, but Lance and few others were just as helpful! Thanks Harvest Right!

Purchased second freeze dryer (medium) love it but mostly love the level of customer service I received with it!! Mitchell helped me with a minor issue upon getting the second dryer up a running. Hands down superior service. Thanks again Harvest Right for hiring employees who go above and beyond for their customers.
purchased the 4 tray freeze dryer in May 2020 and it has been running non stop since then. We have dried meat of all kinds, vegetables, fruit and berries, ice cream, soup... just about anything you can think of. Machine works flawlessly.
Maintenance of the pump is easy & fast. I drain a little water from it after each batch, and the oil stays clear. Change oil every 4 batches is less than 5 min.
I have contacted the help desk twice and they have been prompt and courteous both times.
My wife and I love our Harvest Right freeze dryer!
We have had our Harvest Right machine for about 6 months. We love it. We had a problem with the pump today. No questions asked just replacement! Today! The customer service is perfect. Leah was our rep. She was professional but very friendly and willing to help us out. I would recommend the Harvest Right and the accompanying service to anyone who wants a fun and useful way to store food. Plus freeze dry candy is a bonus.
I love the product and the customer service even more! The product has lead to all sorts of fun food based projects such as rehydrating tomatoes with balsamic vinegar and making old fashioned powder out of cherry and orange powders! When I had some problems, the staff was incredibly responsive and prompt with helping me fix them! I would highly recommend these products! Worth every penny.
