We absolutely love the services Fire and Water has provided for us. We just had our gas fireplace removed in anticipation for some remodel work. From beginning to end, our experience with the F&W team has been positive. Willow is always so friendly and Marcus was so patient as I discussed affordable options of service for my project. Juan and Riad were so efficient with their work and their positive attitudes made for great conversation as we talked about what needed to be done. I appreciate the great work ethic you all exhibit and I'm proud to say your company will always be our first choice for our fire and water needs. :)
I just had Fatmir come from Fire and Water to service my gas fireplace! He was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable about the working of my fireplace. He cleaned every nock and cranny! I was very please how he took all the time I needed in explaining features about the fireplace, gave great ideas to continue maintaining my fireplace throughout the year and was so thorough in cleaning in and around my fireplace! It looks great and is ready for a very cold winter! I love everything about my fireplace. The company was wonderful to work with! Called to schedule a quote, they scheduled the quote and never showed up. Called and they apologized and said they would have someone call me back. Never did. Called a 3rd time, explained what had happened again and they apologized and said they would definitely have someone call me back. Never happened. I am trying to give them my business and there are limited fireplace sale/installation options locally. After 3 weeks of this and being very patient I called again and spoke with Marcus, who apologized again and asked me to email him pictures of the fireplace area and measurements he would get back to me with information by the next morning. That was a week ago. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time.
WOW!!!! What great service at Fire and Water. The sales person, Marcus, was crazy good, installers, Riad and Juan, quick and tidy and then of course there was Willow. These people know what customer service is about. Hats off to all of you! I would buy again from them.
