Haven't visited the location but I loved the website and plan on visiting soon
I went to get the top portion of my hair fixed and trimmed to a nice layered look. KB butchered my new new bundles. She offered for me to come back only to tell me she couldn’t fix the cut. She literally cut a lock of it out. When I wanted her to give a new sew in which she still charged full price...she claimed to be very busy and never reached back out to resolve the issue. I was forced to buy new bundles after she cut through my new bundles I originally walked in with. I’m tired of paying money for practice runs. She gets a thumbs down from me. I definitely think the scissors should be put down. I wouldn’t recommend the service to anyone.

I have visited this salon on several occasions. My experience and services have always been exceptional. The staff and the environment is one that I haven't encountered with any other salon. I give this place a HUGE 5 ud83cudf1f for their professionalism and caring attitude towards their clients!!!! Kudos....
