Booked this place for a last minute appointment. The women advised before we arrived that we would need to wait (which was perfectly fine) however when we arrived we were greeted by a rude women who clearly wasn’t in communication with whom ever answered the phone.nShe handed a sign in sheet walked away and never came back.nAs I said we knew it would be a wait but when we tried to call the women she flat out ignored us. She clearly had an attitude.nI said excuse me multiple times over their ridiculously loud music.nWe didn’t even get serviced. We decided to leave because the energy was off from the second we walked in the door.nExtremely disappointed with that women’s attitude. Wouldn’t return.
Jana was my waxing tech & did a phenomenal job. It was first time getting waxed and she made me feel really comfortable. Was a clean and cute place. I will definitely be back to see her again.
This was the worse experience! It took 15 minutes for the steam to warm. I feel she should have given at least that extra time! I try to support my people, but this is what happens
Absolutely love it here! My first wax was done here and never had any problems afterwards. The vibe is so relaxing! I would definitely recommend!
