Kent gets the job done on time and in budget, I have been working with Kent for years now and he is one of the best contractors in the State. We Recommend him for any type job. He works very hard to beet your expectations.
Kent has helped us with multiple things over the years. Most recently, he helped us finish our basement. His workmanship is always high quality. You can trust him to do a great job for a reasonable price in a timely way!
Kent built our current home on top of the previous homes foundation, and faced many challenges in making the whole structure complete, but Kent always knew exactly what to do and the house turned out perfect. He was great at giving me ideas on how to do things and what would look good. He is a very honest and trustworthy man, I would recommend Kirkham Properties to anyone I know who wants a house built or remodeled to the highest standard.
Kent & team did a complete remodel of our bathroom and a few other projects around our home. Found them to be very professional and responsive from beginning to end. We had a manufacturer part fail and they did an excellent job making everything right. The quality of their work is top notch and I would highly recommend them.
