Not a dependable company or even keeps his word. I called needing a thermal expansion tank put on my hot water heater. He gave me a day and time he would be there. He also told me If he was going to be late or unable to come out he would call me. I told him I would appreciate a call because plumbers that no call no show happen all the time! Well guess what?! He was a no call no show!!!!! It only takes a few seconds to pick up the phone and say I’m sorry but something has happened and I need to reschedule with you!! Don’t all these plumbers realize that when they leave people hanging they are losing customers? I will never call his company again and also word of mouth goes along way. I wouldn’t recommend him to any of my friends and family either!
Tim did an awesome and professional job for a good price. 1 pressure reducer, 2 high rise toilets and a water heater pop-off valve for my in-laws. Temp fixed the emergency by squeezing them in between appointments then got the a permanent fix and new toilets soon after that. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

Awesome guy! I had to have a pipe fixed in my kitchen I called him at 10AM by 12:30PM he was pulling out of my drive way with all my issues fixed!
Mr. Mason helped me with my plumbing crisis after I was already beat earlier the same day by a scammer. He was thorough, quick, very reasonably priced! I found my new plumber! Super guy and a great plumber! Recommend him to any one!
