The technician was knowledgeable and gave me options and costs before the work was performed. He was quick, polite and I would highly recommend them in the future.
They came in and Busted 3 holes in my concrete floor and tile before they found the leak where I told them where it was at to begin with, they were going to charge me extra for the mistake they made not finding the leak correctly in the 1st place, Then I had to repair the tile myself, too expensive for slab repair. If you have a slab leak, they are good for the repair, buy expensive. Just didn't like my Kitchen being torn up and I had to fix the tile myself. I had 2 repairs done at $3,000 for both.

They helped us when we were in a bind and our sewer line backed up on a weekend. The gentleman that came out was extremely thorough.
Absolutely horrible service!nHad an appt set, they cancelled and then stated they can not give a time or day, they show up when they want. Which was not acceptable in my case due to a city inspector having to be preset. Mind blowing how bad the service is
