We needed a bigger better violin for our daughter and he spent the time to talk to us about everything that plays into what's important for each person and how to choose. He was great, kind, and patient. It was nice to get everything we needed without someone just trying to push a sell.
I don't normally write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Music Unlimited that I thought I should share. I have a band instrument that hasn't been played in 30 years. Ted Brown Music quoted me $425 to replace all the pads. Over the phone, Music Unlimited quoted me half that price to replace all the pads, which is what I assume needed to be done.nnHowever, once I took it to Music Unlimited, he looked at it and told me that the pads were fine (except one that might need to be replaced) and said that it just needed to be adjusted. In the end, it took 3 days, they adjusted it and didn't need to replace any pads. It works great, and it cost less than $50. So... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Music Unlimited. They did a great job and were very honest with me.
Great people and great prices. After moving to the tri cities early this year this was the first store I checked out to have some work done on one of my guitars. The service was great so they continue to be the only one I use. Big box music stores have their place, but it's hard to beat a small shop where you know you will have a great experience each time you walk through the door. Support your local music stores!
This is a very well rounded store. They let you shop and the staff is very knowledgeable and ready to help.
