Have used them before that’s why I was going back. Apparently their online booking doesn’t coincide with actual schedule but I wasn’t informed of that until an hour before my appointment. Which really aggravates me because my day was planned around my appointment for today. This is not good business. DON’T BOTHER BOOKING ONLINE
Don't waste your time booking an appointment online. I made one for my daughter last night for 1115. And they could see the appointment was made but booked over it anyway and told me that it didn't matter they could see it. They already booked the time and couldn't do the appointment.
Busy, but very clean...one customer.per stylist allowed, everyone was masked employees did not mingle about, staying with their patron....professionals listened to patron wants//expectations....product knowledge observed
Great place, had a very great assistant
I made my appointment online for 6:15pm. When I arrived I told the lady at the front counter that I made an appointment for 6:15pm and she told me sorry I didn’t get a chance to call you and tell you we don’t take appointments after 6:00pm. Didn’t ask what I wanted done or anything. Also there wasn’t anyone in there.This was super unprofessional and I won’t be back.
