Second time in less than a year we’ve had issues with our plumbing line/system clogging; we gave Decino a call this morning and had a team out to address the issues within an hour. They were professional, prompt, and thorough. They informed us what the likely issue is and how to address it. Their prices are better than the other quotes were and better than who we used when we first had this issue seven months ago. 5/5, highly recommend this company. We will be using them again, should this issue happen again until we can fix the underline issue!
We highly recommend Decino Plumbing. Pete and his whole team are very honest and friendly people. We have been using them for several years, and they always work with us to find the most economical solution. They also show up quickly and complete the work in a timely fashion.
Mr. Decino came out within 20 minutes of our call and determined the problem with our hot water heater very quickly. He gave us pricing on repairing the hot water heater or replacing it and the pros and cons of each. We ultimately went with replacing it because of the age and the cost of repairing it. He was nothing but professional and prompt. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a plumber.
I called Decino plumbing and they were at my house within the hour. My drain was cleared and pipes repaired quickly. I would highly recommend them.
Our sewer lines were totally blocked. We had one plumber out then a septic crew. Nothing. Pete came out and cleared our lines in 45 mins. This was a Sunday night at 6 pm. He was onsite within 45 minutes of first call even though he was on another call at the time. Thank you! We can flush again!
