The service was amazing from the start. They communicated clearly about who our technician was going to be including providing a picture. They allow you to track where the tech is so you know exactly when they will arrive. Our technician Sean was on time friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and had our system up and running in no time. He provided clear information about what we may need in the future but was not trying to do a hard sell on it. I would highly recommend using Guardian again for HVAC plumbing or electrical work.
Within 24 hours, Matt was here fixing my AC which decided to stop working over the weekend! I had tried to troubleshoot myself by changing the filter, and when that did not work, Matt was able to fix it and found there was actually a leak. Guardian Heating, Air was referred to me by a family member, and I cannot say enough good things about them. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Great prices, great service, and clearly they have loyalty from prior customers.
I've had multiple projects done by this company and my expectations have been surpassed every single time. In a time where you want to make sure people who come to your home are safe and considerate, the team at Guardian check all the boxes. From water heater and furnace installs to AC maintenance, all of their work is stellar. The quotes and invoices are clear and concise with everything in black and white so there is no hassle or question on the back end, just great service. I've been lucky enough to deal mostly with Sean H., one of their experts who has been among the most professional service providers I've dealt with in my life,... across any industry. Can't recommend this team enough!
I received a recommendation from a friend to try Guardian and their service was amazing. I called them on Monday and had an appointment the very next day. We discussed their annual maintenance plan which is very competitive (and I needed to get started) and this allowed me a discount on the parts I needed to fix my issue. When I called Rick he listening carefully to my heating requests and developed a quick plan for getting everything done the very next day. I look forward to working with Guardian in other areas of electrical work and some plumbing. If you haven't selected a vendor in your area, give them a call and you'll see how their service goes above and beyond the others.
We are in the process of building out our unfinished basement. Guardian recently installed a new unit for my basement, reconfigured my main floor duct work and zoned upstairs. John was our sales rep and did a fantastic job explaining the process and working with us to based on our plans. Daniel was our installer - punctual, great communicator, effective with setup and overall superb customer service skills. The experience with Guardian was just as John had described from the beginning. Thank you.
