Blake is an outstanding insurance agent. I have had my home and auto with this agency for years. They take extra time to make sure you understand your coverage, and you limits and put their customers first.
I kept my business with Blake for about 12 years. He never had to do anything but collect my money. Then when my son started driving, he spent no effort just raised our cost dramatically. So we switched to another company. When I discovered Allstate had better rates, I looked into switching back. Blake acted happy to hear from me and then never called me back. Two weeks later I called and he said I had multiple tickets so he couldn’t insure me. I told him I had no tickets, as I think I would know, and he argued that I did but didn’t explain or lost anything. I haven’t had a driving violation since 2014!!! So I asked if I could speak to someone who would be decent. He said no and hung up on me. I am filling out this review because no one deserves to be treated in such a rude manner, especially after being a great customer for 12 years!!! In short, he’s extremely rude, and unprofessional and doesn’t care about his customers. Find a different agent!
Tymber Perea always answers promptly, is very professional, and kind on the phone. I got my quote done very quickly and she was lovely.
I had Tymber give me a quote to see how competitive they were by my surprise I got a lot more coverage for basically the same price for multiple vehicles , so then I asked if they insured classics she got me amazing coverage for my 51 merc for a great price . I 100 percent recommend this insurance firm I’ve never had to wait on hold just amazing to work with .
