All-around one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. As a first time ring buyer I was met with world-class expertise and customer service. They made the ring buying process an ease and I will definitely be returning for any future jewelry purchases.
It's been a while since I've been in, but I bought a Past, Present, Future ring from the Cartersville store. I've also bought diamond stud earrings. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. I am considering either getting my ring reset in a different setting, or trading up. You won't be disappointed with any purchase from this business.
RIP OFF. Took my deceased wife's jewelry there INCLUDED a $2000 solitary diamond ring, and other jewelry including a Pearl necklace they didn’t even look at to sell due to hard times. They offered me $100 for 3 rings!!!! When I told her I paid way more, her only response was “I’m sure”! This place isn’t worth your time. I took the jewelry to another place right up the road, and in seconds I was offered a reasonable price for all the jewelry! Avoid this jewelry exchange at ALL COSTS! Theres a reason every time I went in this store, I was the ONLY customer there! It id a scam of a store!!!
