I loved my visit , the new office staff is outstanding and caring !nI had no Wait Time!nDr. Mangia was very professional and quickly understood my problems along with other medical issues that I have. She instilled confidence in me immediately. This was a great first visit. I go back in 2 weeks for a follow up. I would definitely recommend this doctor and practice.

I have never had so many problems with a doctors office before. After my appointment I was asked to pay a copay, but their credit card machines didn't work so they would have to call me the next day. It also took 4 people to try to schedule me a follow up appointment. Only after calling someone else over could they figure it out. The next day they called me for the copay and I asked to confirm my follow up. They hadn't made it so they had to make another one. Four months later I just received a bill from my insurance company telling me I owe that SAME copay again. This office runs so inefficiently I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This review is for the location in the Acworth/Kennesaw area. I waited with my 6-year old little girl a grand total of 4.5 hours over the span of three visits in the waiting room/exam room at this location waiting for the doctor. Anybody who has ever waited for any length of time with a small child in the sterile confines of a doctor's office knows this is sheer torture for the child, never mind the parents!nnThe last visit I purposely scheduled for the first appointment of the morning for my daughter in hopes we wouldn't have such a long wait. No such luck. I gave it one hour, most of which was spent in an exam room waiting to see the doctor until I gave up and walked out. I've since found out we are not the only ones who've had this experience at this office. I'll let her pediatrician manage her care - at least we can get in and out of there in less than an hour! On a positive note, they did refund my copay - but there was no apology, no offer to reschedule. It was apparent they must have to do this all the time.

My issue is not with Dr Mongia - she is a very good doctor...but unfortunately we have had a battle to get prescriptions that has been approved by doctor Mongia forwarded to a pharmacy to be filled. Her staff working with the prescriptions are not doing their jobs and there is no way of holding them accountable - so I do not see that changing soon. We waited weeks for a prescription to reach the pharmacy!!! And that after 4 phone calls (none returned) and a personal visit to see Dr Mongia to have the prescription approved and sent to the pharmacy.
