I had never even heard of this company before and they charged my bank account $284.17. The complaint wasn't handled satisfactorily. Nor did I ever say that it was handled satisfactorily. I have stayed at a lot of hostels in my life. Some are good and some give people problems. Every hostel acts as if they are perfect little places and we should instantly give them 5 star ratings. Nothing with Instant World Booking has been resolved. They are thieves who gave the money back that they stole from my account and acted as if it where a huge mistake. The Instant World Booking company is rated as a C+ company with the Better Business Bureau. The Instant World Booking Facebook page is filled with complaints. Everywhere that I have looked it has been complaints with Instant World Booking. They have 75,000 likes on Facebook but likes can be purchased, just like Instagram followers. I initially treated the entire incident as if it where just a mistake. But judging how they have handled it has changed my mind considerably.
