The park itself is nicely kept. The Lot rent is absurdly high in price and continues to go up. They have now changed the park to their own water system so there will ALSO be a water bill. They are adding a basal amenities building. The pool is suitable, nothing special. It gets very very hot because there is no covering. The community in the park is very hearsay and scandalist. Other park members are aways in other peoples business. If you want to live peacefully without people in your business all the time, this is not the place to live.

If you look at all the reviews on this park there are SEVERAL reviews about the park management. They ARE most certainly true! The park manager Becky and her little peasant Leanne are very ignorant. They will treat you like a little intellectual child. I do not recommend living here. They will make your life hell if you do not get along or like them. This behavior is very unprofessional.

The management here is horrible. The women in the office is very arrogant and patronizing toward their park leasers. The woman Leanne is very egotistic and condescending. This woman will treat you like an indentured servant. She screams and gets very flustered and acts very unprofessional for a leasing office. I do not advocate consulting in her or Becky the park manager. If you complain about Leanne to Becky (Leannes boss) it gets no where because the two are good friends. If you have an actual complaint I would go through the corporate office, their number is provided on Sun Communities website and they will actually listen to your concerns and address them accurately.
