Have been calling since they opened at 8 AM, it is now 12 PM still no answer. They have turned there phones off several times and it takes me directly to voicemail, not once have they answered the phone.

In the midst of the pandemic going on, I have been requested by facilities I work with (remote work for 3months now) to visit each facility. This of course requires a negative COVID test result. I visited this walk in on Friday at 8am (the time they open) and was told to wait in my car and someone would come out to do the swab test.nThe one receptionist was very nice. The second, I think a nurse, was very impersonable and said I'd be waiting for a few minutes until they came out a second time to do the actual test. At that point I was waiting about 2hrs, outside, in my car, until they finally did the swab test. Then told the doctor would come out for final questioning, it was a nurse practitioner but at least she was nice too.nOverall I was there right as they opened and didn't leave until 2.5hrs later. 8am to 10:30am.nTold the test results take 3-5days to come back and they would call with the negative or positive. Still haven't heard from them. So now I am at 6 days later.nAnd by the way, good luck actually calling the place. I had to call about 10times in a row before ANYONE would pick up the phone.

First, they tell me to come in on a day when the bus isn't there, so I make an appointment for the next time. Then, they don't tell me that my glasses are ready for pick up (since April), i have to find out on my own accord. Then, when I make an appointment to come in to get my glasses, which they said would be ready for me to pick up, the glasses aren't there. Getting what's supposed to be a free pair of glasses is costing a lot because it is very difficult for me to get around town, takes the coordination of several people at Medicaid to accomplish such a feat. What a crock the humans on this planet are.

It's fine as long as you have all day to wait to be called. Unless you have an actual appt. The doctor's try to rush through quickly & you never see the same faces. But The pharmacy & pharmacist staff are amazing inside the clinic.
