Our company recently started working with RBI benefits and we have been very pleased with our experience with them! Their staff cares about their customers, offering to help in any capacity. They are very knowledgeable, flexible, and have been a great resource for our business needs. When we've had questions, we receive answers promptly. The list can go on and on--they are SO great to work with!

RBI is the best! We came to them with a complicated insurance plan, specifically for our employer contribution strategy. Shane worked with us in detail to get something that worked for us and the employees, even though he wasn't sure if we would switch to them. Shane and Blake were awesome in getting us switched over and showing us all of our options, something we weren't used to. Sheridan is a rock star. She is always willing to and she seems to know the answer to every question we have. We would be lost without her! If you get the privilege of working with Sheridan rest assured that she is taking good care of you. I would (and do) recommend RBI to everyone I can. I am confident that they have the ability to help you and your company, no matter the size or employee count. They know the ins and outs of insurance, and can help you get the right plans and options for you, no matter your situation or needs.

I have worked in insurance for 20 years and I can honestly say the customer service of Blake Izatt and his team is the best in the business. There is nothing more valuable to me than when I can make one phone call to Sheridan, Blake or Vanessa and know that any questions or issues will be taken care of. Their staff knows their stuff and they are so nice and fun to work with. I highly recommend RBI Benefits.
