Always a pleasure! We vacation every year with A1A reality. We stay at their Spanish Trace location in Saint Augustine. Sometimes we can’t always get them on the phone. But, that’s understandable due to them always making sure the areas are clean and well kept. We know that when we leave a message, we can always expect a phone call back. These guys are super easy to work with and go above and beyond to help in any circumstance.

After A1A Realty stated that we could cancel our vacation for any reason due to Covid if we purchased insurance, we booked our vacation believing we were safe. When Florida saw an increase of Covid, we called to cancel. Nationwide Insurance refused our claim, and A1A stated that they never informed us otherwise. They lied, and we are out quite a bit of money. Had we been given the correct information, we would never have made a reservation this year.
