Very good people to work with, always professional and efficient, thanks for your help.
Property manager is completely clueless and disorganized. Seemed friendly on the surface but honestly not very helpful at all. She seemed more interested in staying seated behind her desk than getting up to answer questions. Expected better.
Crescent House. We arrived late on the first night and had been given the wrong access code. There was an answering service that took 20 minutes to get a hold of the manager and finally get us the right code. Cockroaches, mildew smell and 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week. The best part was the beach - it was beautiful. For a comparable price you can do better.
Anastasia Condos are a great place to stay! My family started staying here about 40 years ago and we still enjoy it as much today. I told family members about it and they have been coming for about 30 years. The staff are helpful, the ocean is close, and the pool is nice! Highly recommended!!
The staff at Coastal Realty were super helpful when we stayed in St. Augustine last winter. It is great to have someone right there to help with any issues, even small ones such as how to use the DVD player. We are so happy that Linda has found us a place for next winter - we can't wait to go back!
