UPDATE: We LOVED Chad. We moved to another state do to a job relocation and his assistant called ahead to the agencies in the area to help us find an agent that she herself would use. That was above and completely beyond her duties. Our new agent is just as amazing and we couldn't be more grateful to Chad and his staff.

Chad was extremely helpful. We were pretty stressed about our situation and he tried to find us the best deal with giving us the coverage we needed. We were with our other carrier for a while. I was hesitant with switching to another company but Chad put those worries to rest.
