We scheduled an initial meeting with a travel agent (Susan) and met with her to give her our ideas. She was fine enough, but shot down many of our ideas. After waiting about 5 months after the initial meeting and hearing nothing, we called and asked what the status was. We were told she was busy and would get back to us. We then waited another month and still NOTHING. So, we booked our travel ourselves. We STILL have heard nothing from her and wonder if we were simply not what she wanted to do business with. However, we felt very slighted and would suggest people find ANYONE else to book travel through.
