We frequent this plaza, the location is convenient but the business and owner are not worth the hassle. I assume the man is the owner why else would anyone one act so unprofessional. He has terrible customer service, ignores us to talk on the phone and rings us up while still on the phone. Charged us for ice and let us walk out with out it. Several times he wanted to card everyone present, which no one else does not at Walmart or Publix. Will never return or recommend to anyone.
I visited here right before close last night and Alex was super helpful. He was knowledgeable about the stock and helped me find a new whiskey to try. It helped the prices were relatively cheap as well. Will be back!
The location is so convenient that I think that's why they have such a horrible customer service. They don't acknowledge you, always have an attitude and sometimes even on their personal cell phones while cashing out customers.
Place is trash. Horrible selection. Treat you like a criminal. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Best prices!!! All you need for your party. I just buy Bacardi, coconut flavor and Don Q to make my coquito.
