I find that this cvs chooses to put their customers on hold for half of hour at a time, pick up the phone and hang up in your face and tries not to deal with customers over the phone after 8:40. I do believe that regardless of what, calling customers are the same as drive thru or walk in customers, but apparently not with this facility. My daughter has a severe cold and congestion as to where the cold leaks out through her eye and her throat is very irritated. Seems small to an adult but for a 5 year old, it's completely aggregating. This CVS or shall I say whoever is on shift tonight may need to find another job.

The waiting time at the pharmacy is horrible, I was at the drive thru for more than 30 minutes.
