Swift Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy and Sports

I'm very frustrated and disappointed in this establishment. I have been trying for more than 2 months to obtain my medical records from this place and I have yet to receive them. I keep getting the same answer, that they are archived and they need a new harddrive to retrieve them. I understand how that could take them the initial 30 days that they are allowed to get done but more than 2 months?? It's been almost 70 days since I submitted my form to them. I am a disabled veteran and I need these records for a case with the VA that I have coming up and at this point they are withholding my records from me. I have made a formal complaint with the Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights and I'm hoping that and this review will help speed things along. Please, I just need my records.

The staff here it’s amazing, they are great at caring of the why you are there, they don’t see you just like another patient, they do care about you, I have to say that I’m glad to be seeing by them because they answer allnMy questions, the are Patient with me with my day to day exercises and they have a great sense of humor. Totally recommend Swift.

I love all the friendly staff, and can't forget the friendly receptionists ud83dude0a. The staff in the back have been so patient with me, very helpful, they have been helping me with my inbalance problems, and knee replacement. They even put up with my nonstop talking LOL, THANKS FOR MAKING THIS A GREAT EXPERIENCE, I always look forward to my appointments with SWIFT STAFF!!! ud83dude07ud83dude32ud83dude42.

I've been coming here for almost 2 weeks, The staff here are friendly and helpful, I highly recommand this place! :)
