Costco treats you like a you like a number.nVery slow, and no sympathy.nDon't waste your time with Costco, they have gotten too big without a concern for the customer

The lady helping at the counter was very pleasant and tried to make my experience better. But the pharmacist was one of the rudest healthcare people I have ever met. He snapped at me loud enough for everyone in line to hear. I’m a new patient, I don’t their processes, so if I am little lost that’s why. I received a text that my Rx was ready at Costco so I headed in. If there was more that I needed to do as a new patient all they had to do was kindly tell me. Trust me when I say I will be calling the store to file a official complaint. I work in healthcare, and now I worry about my patients who use this pharmacy and how this pharmacist treats them. We’re in the middle of a pandemic. There’s people all around us who are dying. He is most certainly not the only person working in healthcare right now. At this time, those of us who work in healthcare should be treating each other with kindness to help get us through this time. I will never use Costco Pharmacy ever again!

Hour long wait times seem to be the norm here. I've had medicines be out of stock for weeks. Patient counseling was basically nil, Less than a minute and not at all helpful.nnI know you guys are busy but that doesn't mean you can get away with a total lack of professional courtesy

Pharmacist Edna and Peter are my favorite to speak to! Edna did a flu shot on my son and she was so kind and did great with him. Love the girls at the checkout desk, always a pleasure.
