CVS Pharmacy

I have had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy. I have to wait weeks sometimes to get refill for my meds. I call my physician to find out what the hold up is and I always hear the pharmacy never sent or contacted them for a refill. I have to go through my physician to get my meds refilled. I try to refill early because I literally wait weeks for a medication refill. Plus they are always messing up my prescriptions. I had 2 orders of Levothyroxine waiting for me. I only needed one. I don't know why they can't get their business together and do things properly. I only have 3 medications, is it REALLY that difficult?

Long wait times. I once Lost my HSA card and I had to jump through a bunch of hoopes. When I did the hoop jumping they hung up on me through an automated system. Feel like they want machines to do their customer service. I like the personal touch talking with a person not a machine that passes me around and then hangs up.

Horrible customer service at this location. I was told it would be a one hour wait for a single dropped off prescription and I let them know I would be sitting down waiting. They never cared to let me know the prescription was filled. When I checked with them again, they pulled my prescription out of a bin. It had already been completed but they didn’t care to notify me as I waited in the seating area nearby.nnBefore this pharmacy switched to CVS, it was great. The pharmacy techs would even remember me by name. Now they just seem overworked and don’t seem to care about customer service.

Not sure why it has such low rating. Amazing staff! Really care for the customer. Usually there's always a line but it moves fast. I will continue to go there although there's no convenience of a drive thru
