Fred Meyer Pharmacy

This location has the most unfriendly staff I’ve seen. Very other pharmacy of Fred Meyer is super friendly. These guys are miserable working there and they clearly show it.

The Kennewick Fred Meyer Pharmacy used to be a really good pharmacy to go to but not anymore. You can't get your prescriptions for 2 or 3 days plus it's like they have put them on a schedule. Some of the pharmacists are caring and thoughtful but most seem to be upset or angry all the time. Just not a pleasant place to go anymore plus they just don't seem to care about when you get your prescriptions. It's really sad as I have gotten my prescriptions at a Fred Meyer store for probably 25 years or more.

At 1st time when i pulled up in my car there was a wait , when it finally was my turn the pharmacist was no where in sight , i pushed the call button waited no response , i waited 5 more minutes and finally the lady came over she was nice so I'm happy for now vignetting JJ's I'll change my post

If you really on your medication, look somewhere else.

This is by far the WORST pharmacy I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. The customer service is horrible, absolutely atrocious. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. Save your time, money, and energy and please go to a different pharmacy. Every time is a hassle due to their negligent staff. Late prescriptions, closing early and opening late. Unwilling to work with you. Extremely long wait time, when many workers are there, with zero assistance or even recognition that you have been waiting. None of them know how to work fast paced and do their job efficiently. I am extremely disappointed and will be going to another pharmacy from here on out. That being said, I love the actual store. All of the staff are friendly, prices are good, and nice selection. Wish the pharmacy was better so I didn't have to go elsewhere.
