Jon was referred to us by our financial advisor to set us up with a will and family trust. My financial advisor has been hounding my wife and I for years to get a will and family trust. I have always been a "do it yourself person" and have been meaning to do a will and trust on one of the many on-line sites. Our financial advisor told me this was much too important to not have done and convinced me to stop procrastinating and just do it. He set us up with Jon Miller and although I was apprehensive about the cost of an attorney, I was and still am extremely pleased with the result. We now have a will, a living will, and a family trust. He did a great job educating me about the differences and uses of all 3. He explained the pros and cons of each and allowed us to make very educated decisions regarding the wills and trust. After we had all the legal documents done he worked with our financial advisor and us to transfer our assets into the family trust. He answered phone calls and questions throughout the whole process including the transfer of assets after the will and trust was done. He personally handled all the paperwork and legwork of the difficult stuff like the title of our home. It went very smooth and although it was more than an online do-it-yourself site, his price was VERY reasonable and the extra cost was well worth it. I was very pleased and appreciative of all his guidance, expertise and time spent educating us and answering questions.
