Very helpful staff . The doctor pharmacy are knowledgeable and customers visit the pharmacy to consult and get advice. The Farmacia 22_24 is a family business that serve for decades to the Nicaraguan and Latin community. The owners have A EXCELLENT REPUTATION IN MANAGUA NICARAGUA. In Miami they are helping the Nicaragua community . In addition the customer always received a nice smile from the staffs that helped to alleviate any pain and always they do their best to solve ,help, and advice the customer.. I appreciate their years of dedication and services to our community.

Extremely rude and unprofessional people. I called in advanced asking for a cream they confirmed they had it and also gave me the price. When I got there, they told me we don't have that. I won't be going there anymore

Farmacia 22-24 is good pharmacy and resource when you are in need. They are quick and efficient and get your order ready in no time. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Great drug store and place for other needs.
