Great room for small family or professionals on business.nnThe room was nice and clean as well. The beds are comfortable. There is a couch with a fold out bed as well. There was a desk with a small coffee machine and all of the nessasary supplies for two cups of coffee.nThere was a full breakfast bar with something for everyone, hot or cold.nLast but not least, clean and well-kept indoor pool and hot tub that are open 24/7.n4 stars because of silly little things, they did a good job.
Awesome pool and hot tub! Gym are seemed almost new! Front desk also took care of problems in the hotel very quickly. Amazing hair and body product and shower pressure. Couch bed you could feel the springs. Other than that that would be my only complaint. Had a nice time staying there for 3 days :)
I stayed here for one night. No complaints. They had a hot breakfast that consisted of premade omelets, turkey and pork sausages, oatmeal and other standard breakfast fare. It was a welcome site during covid and yes, it was sanitary with a very nice lady keeping watch over it all. Front desk staff was friendly , gym had dumbbells up to 50 lbs and lots of different cardio equipment. Room was clean and spacious. Well done Holiday Inn Richland.
Just stopped to visit friends not to stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and even gave us cookies and ice water to take along when we left. ud83dude0b
I have stayed in a great number of IHG Hotels, and I would say that this hotel has the best and most friendly/helpful staff that I have ever encountered. It is well managed. The location is away from most of the hustle and bustle which I find to be great for business travel. My only minor complaint would be that in my many nights I have spent here in the past, I have had multiple rooms with hair clogged drains. Overall, this is an excellent hotel to stay at!
