After what we thought was a nice experience purchasing a new mattress, we had the misfortune of a mistake from the sales person, who put the wrong mattress on our invoice and we did not notice because we had specifically told her that we wanted the pillow top. She ordered an extra firm mattress for us instead. She seemed so knowledgeable but how could she make that rooky mistake? So if you go there, make sure your order has the correct mattress. We did not realize it until the nice delivery guys brought in the wrong mattress! What a disappointment! We had to wait still another week to get the right mattress. This is totally unacceptable and I do not recommend this specific store. Maybe other stores have more qualified sales personnel. We are happy with our new mattress!

I went to Mattress One a couple of wks. ago cause my friend told me about them and said how good they were so I went in a checked it out to see for myself to see what all the fuss was about she couldn't stop talking about how great her sleep has gotten since she bought her new mattress so I was like Why not what do I got to lose. She told to go to this location so I did and she was right about everything after talking to Joanne the sales person there (same name it was meant to be) and telling her all the problems I was having sleeping she recommended a couple of beds and I tried them out and I found the perfect bed for me. I have never slept so good in my whole life . The best part I didn't pay a arm and a leg for it. They removed my old mattress and set up the new one and all of that was FREE!! I couldn't believe it. The delivery was FREE too!!! The delivery was fast and the delivery guys were so nice and helpful. I would recommend this store to anybody who wants a good mattress without the big price tag.

I BUY A MATTRESS TO MY POPE WHO HAS PROBLEMS IN THE BACK AND JOHANNE EXPLAIN ME ALL THE BENEFITS THAT HAS TEMPURPEDIC AND THAT IS THE ONLY THAN THE DOCTORS RECOMMENDS, EVEN THOU IT DOES NOT TAKE A LONG TIME TO BUY IT MY FATHER TOLD ME THAT THE FIRST DAY WAS NOTORIOUS THE DECREASE OF PAIN. THAT'S WHY IT'S IMPORTANT TO BUY IN A SPECIFIC MATTRESS PLACE, BECAUSE THEY ARE SPECIALIZED PEOPLE AND CAN ADVISE YOU BETTER. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDSHIPS

She was super helpful and friendly, we bought the good bed for a perfect price , I definitely recommend this place.

I was in memorial day in this store and I am really happy with the purchase I made, Johanne (super professional) assisted me in everything I needed to know, understood my needs and could help me find the right mattress, I bought a tempurpedic and I'm really happy, I never had a foam mattress, I thought it would cost me to get used to that new technology, but it really is for the best! and happier because I could take the best with a very comfortable fee for the possibilities that they give with the financing. I recommend it with closed eyes
